How it works
- 1. Quote
A customer asks for a price on your website, or your office quotes by phone.
- 2. Book
They accept the quote and choose a delivery date and window.
- 3. Deliver
The stop lands on a driver's run sheet and the customer is kept informed.
- 4. Collect
The collection is booked and the driver picks the bin up.
- 5. Weigh
The driver records the docket weight and the tip cost is worked out.
- 6. Invoice
The job goes to Xero as an invoice, with any extra charges on it.

Can I sign up myself?

What does it cost?
A$120 + GST per business per month during the beta, kept for life. The standard price will be A$150 + GST. There is a 30-day free trial and no card is needed to start.
What do my drivers need?
A phone. There is an iPhone app, an Android app and a web driver app that runs in a browser. All three queue their changes when there is no signal.
Does it work with Xero?
Yes. You connect your Xero organisation, and invoices, payments and customer contacts are sent across from SkipTrack.
Can customers book online?
Yes. You add a quote form to your own website. Customers enter their suburb, bin size and waste type, get a price and can book a delivery window.
